Calibration 3 Lecture

We continue our discussion of calibration curves, starting with one more example on MS Excel (a set of Cu atomic absorption data which shows significant 2nd order curvature). We continue with our discussion of how to use the curve to predict the concentrations of unknowns (including their confidence intervals), and discuss the issues of sensitivity and detection limits.
